Order

By placing an order with us you are making an offer which, if accepted by us, will constitute a binding agreement between us.

Payment

We require payment before collection or delivery in the form of, cleared cheque, Banker's draft or Debit or Credit card.
For orders above £2000 or for special projects and commissions we will require

25% with order
75% when the goods are ready for dispatch

Carriage

Cost of carriage will be borne by the buyer. The said goods shall be delivered to the buyer at the buyers place of business or as otherwise requested, but will not be off-loaded. From the time of dispatch here of from the seller’s premises and until such delivery the risk of any loss or damage to or deterioration of the said goods from whatever cause arising shall be borne by the buyer. No responsibility will be accepted by Taylor Made Gardens for losses arising out of causes beyond its control.

Limited Liability

We shall not under any circumstances be liable for any consequential or indirect damages or losses however caused.

Guarantee

All of Taylor Made Gardens Online products should reach you in perfect condition, just as they left us. We are only liable for the cost of the goods as quoted on the website. We cannot accept responsibility for items that fail to grow due to extreme weather conditions, over- or under-watering, or which have not been cared for.
