Pleached trees would normally be supplied from November to March (the dormant season) at this time the trees are dormant and can be supplied rootballed (see pictures of plants with roots wrapped in Hessian).

There are many advantages of buying plants during the dormant season a few are listed below.

• Trees cost less rootballed (you save on potting up costs).
• Trees suffer less stress when planting during the dormant season as there is more time for the trees to take root before the need for water which reduces the risk of drought. 
• Foliage and stems will not suffer damage during transport when deciduous trees are dormant.

Certain varieties of pleached tree can be supplied potted twelve months of the year please enquire. Please note these are nearly always supplied in the pots and size as the picture shows.  Any variation on this size would have to wait until the dormant season.

Price

Prices can vary deciding on the size and age of the pleached trees required, fresh pleached trees can start from £240 as pictured and go up to £900 for mature specimens. This price can vary dependent on quantity of order.

Delivery

Pleached trees can be very heavy to transport and most of the time will only be deliver to site where it will be the purchasers responsibility to offload from vehicle and moved to planting area in some cases of larger mature specimens this will require lifting equipment.
